Stress-free Building
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Superior Walls of North Carolina will provide a limited lifetime warranty. The warranty provides that the wall panels are manufactured and installed according to the manufacturer’s specifications and procedures and that they are free from structural defects and sidewall water penetration.
This limited lifetime warranty is contingent upon all procedures being followed as outlined in the Builder Procedure Booklet and the Home Owners Maintenance Guide. If the property is sold, the warranty reverts to a period of 15 years from the original installation date.
